Living in America Christmas Worship Service

December 14, today, we had a Christmas Worship Service for Living in America. Pastor Ueda gave a worship prayer on the behalf of the Union Japanese Church of Westchester. The Peace Crane Wreaths were also presented.

Today November 21, we had a soup kitchen. Total 9 participants are from Hitchcock Presbyterian Church, Living in America and Union Japanese Church of Westchester. This is a great outreach program and we serve the local communities!

Living in America

We celebrated Thanksgiving Dinner during Living in America. We had a lot of participants this year again! We give thanks to God and Hitchcock Presbyterian Church for giving us this opportunities.

Steering Committee Meeting

A steering committee meeting was held on November 19 after Japanese Worship Service. We were able to share our current activities and goals of our ministry. We look forward to working with churches and communities around us.

SYNOD Meeting

On September 30, 2017, We attended the Planning, Developing & Revisioning Committee of the Regional Synod of New York, RCA, and gave a presentation of our church. We met many wonderful people and had a great opportunity to share good news and great ideas!

Welcome Newcomers! We have Japanese worship service every Sunday. Union Japanese Church of Westchester is located at Hitchcock Presbyterian Church. The chapel is on the first floor of the Memorial Building of the Church. Our entrance is on Greenacres Avenue. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Hitchcock Church

We worship at Hitchcock Presbyterian Church every Sunday. Hitchcock Church generously provides us with a place for worship and we are very grateful. The second Wednesday of each month, we work together for the Soup Kitchen in order to prepare meals for the homeless as well as those who need help. Please come and join…
